About Us
INTRODUCTION
Founded in 2018 by Simon Greatwich, a British-Filipino former professional footballer and Philippine National Team player, G8 Academy was established to raise the standard of grassroots football in the Philippines. Combining professional expertise with a passion for youth development, the academy delivers training that develops both skill and character.
Our programs are delivered in collaboration with leading institutions such as The British School Manila, Chinese International School, Domuschola International School, PAREF Southridge, Pebble Brook Pre-School, Little Clarion Montessori and Manila Polo Club to name a few.
Today, G8 Academy is recognized as one of the Philippines’ leading football academies, shaping athletes who embody discipline, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

Our mission is to create a safe and professional platform for youth footballers from all cultures and economic backgrounds to showcase and develop their talents through opportunities both locally and internationally.
